Question: How are items shipped and what is the charge?

Answer: All items are shipped via USPS first class mail. Shipping is charged at $2.99 for the first item and $.99 for each additional item in the order.

Question: What taxes apply to my order?

Answer: Kim charges taxes only on orders delivered to Kansas residents. The rate is 7.525%.

Question: When can I expect to receive my order?

Answer: All of Kim's jewelry is hand made when you order it. Please allow up to two weeks for design and shipping.

Question: What if I cannot wait that long?

Answer: Please email or telephone Kim with your requirements and she will do her best to accommodate your needs.

Question: What methods of payment do you accept?

Answer: Currently Kim accepts checks or credit cards. Kim will contact you with your order total via email. If you wish to pay by check, please mail the total amount due. When Kim receives the check, she will send you the order. She will also accept credit card payments over the phone only at this time.
